If this is a follow up visit, your doctor will:

• Explain your laboratory results
• Explain you your treatment plan
• If we can help
  
• What is wrong
• How long it will take
• The cost involved
  
• Answer any questions you may have
  
• Make changes to your current treatment plan
• Order follow-up testing
